Airfed 2100 Full Face Breathing Mask

The Anest Iwata Europe’s Airfed 2100 has been developed with the operator in mind. The mask is functional, stylish, comfortable and lightweight. Air flow is downward for operator comfort and to protect the user.

1. Downward Air Flow Diffuser- Directs the airflow down and over the eyes for greater comfort and safety.

2. Visual Air Flow Indicator- Situated at eye level to easily see if the correct amount of air is being supplied. Bright red colour for greater visibility.

3. Wide Face Visor & Chin Guard- Allows for a greater field of vision.

4. Floating Head Band With 4 Adjustment Points for maximum comfort.

Martech Services Company's Quality Air Breathing Systems remove moisture, oil vapors, gaseous hydrocarbons, dirt, rust, scale and other potentially dangerous contaminants, to provide clean, safe compressed breathing quality air. Then the onboard carbon monoxide monitor continuously samples the supplied air for compliance with current OSHA standard.Carbon Monoxide (CO) when compressed, becomes a very toxic air contaminant. It reduces the ability of the red blood cells to carry the necessary oxygen to the body tissues. This potentially dangerous condition is extremely hazardous, when you consider that carbon monoxide is absorbed twice as fast as oxygen. This is true even when the supply of oxygen is abundant. All breathing air compressors can intake carbon monoxide and other contaminants. Therefore, it is imperative that all supplied breathing air be properly monitored.

Continuous monitoring of the supplied air is what makes these systems unique. These monitors continuously sample the supplied air for carbon monoxide and other toxic hydrocarbons to provide complete protection. Should the supplied air not meet the required standard, both visual and audible alarms are immediately triggered.

Designed to support 2 operators, each with a spray gun and airfed mask at the same time. Supplied as a complete panel mounted system that is ready to install. It is outfitted with 4 stage filtration, solid state continuous monitor with visual and audible alarms for complete operator safety.

Model 80B

This larger system is designed to filter and monitor up to 80cfm of supplied air. This will support 4 operators, each with a spray gun and airfed mask. Supplied as a panel mounted, ready to install system complete with 4 stage filtration and alarms.
